The Cowgirl's Secret and the Red Sands Spa are teaming up to bring you a weekend of self-care, self-discovery and some *magical* interactions with horses. This 3-day retreat is all about rediscovering the authentic YOU. Lodging will be at the lovely Red Sands hotel in Torrey, Utah, where you will experience equine assisted learning exercises (non-ridden), spa treatements (scrubs! massages! sauna and soaking!), yoga and transformational conversations. This is an all-in-one destination retreat with an excursion or two into Capitol Reef National Park, to boot. It will leave you refreshed, re-centered and ready to step back into your life with a new sparkle in your eyes.
What's the Schedule?
Friday
Arrive in the afternoon, get settled in your room, and come to our casual gathering for a light dinner, introductions and a review of this weekend's schedule. After this brief get-together, take a tour of the hotel, spa and pasture, then cap off the evening with a soak in the hot tub and head off to bed...
Saturday
A full day of self-care, self-reflection and equine-assisted learning, combined with yoga, a massage and luxury sauna and scrub treatments at the spa. Cap this off with an amazing dinner right at the hotel, and get ready to head back for another good night's sleep.
Sunday
On our final morning together, wake early for a sunrise walk in Capitol Reef National Park, world-class views will take your breath away. Return to the hotel for a light brunch and a closing ceremony that will help you carry your awareness of your authentic self back into "real life."
